The capture guarantee

The guarantee, and exactly how the counting works.

A guarantee is only worth anything if the counting is honest. These are the rules both sides sign up to, published here in full, so "£ captured" is a number you can trust before you've spent a penny.

The guarantee, verbatim

If the receptionist does not capture or book work worth your first month's fee within 30 days of going live, your second month is free.

The counting rules

Booked jobs count, at your prices.

A job the receptionist books into the diary counts, valued at the midpoint of your own price range for that job type. If we don't have a range for it, it counts at £0 until you supply a figure or confirm the real one. We never invent prices.

Callbacks count only when you confirm them.

A callback the receptionist arranges counts only when you confirm it turned into work, at the value you state. Unconfirmed callbacks are reported separately as pending and add £0 to the guarantee figure. We ask, we don't nag, and we never assume.

Everything estimated is labelled estimated.

Any figure based on your price ranges rather than a confirmed invoice carries the word estimated, without exception. You always see £ confirmed and £ estimated side by side; the guarantee is assessed on the sum, but the split is never hidden.

Cancellations come out. Spam never goes in.

If a booked job is cancelled before the work happens and you tell us within the month, it comes out. Jobs you chose to decline (bad fit, out of area) are excluded and reported as declined. Spam, sales calls, abusive calls and wrong numbers never count towards anything.

New work from existing customers counts. Repeat billing doesn't.

A call from an existing customer that leads to new booked work counts, because the call was still captured. Ongoing contract billing or anything that didn't come from a captured call does not.

Disputes go in your favour.

If you say a counted job shouldn't count, it comes out. No arguing, no evidence threshold. The assessment uses the post-dispute figure.

The 30-day assessment, and the remedy.

At day 30 from going live: if £ confirmed plus £ estimated, after disputes, meets or beats your first month's fee, the guarantee is met. If not, your second month is free, applied automatically to the next invoice. You don't have to claim it. Days when you chose to switch the divert off still count as elapsed days; days when the service was down on our side extend the window.

What never appears

Projected revenue, "pipeline value" of unconverted enquiries presented as money, lifetime-value multipliers, or any figure your own prices and confirmations can't support.
